Deloitte Digital had conducted a multi-channel opportunity assessment for Walker Greenbank, a FTSE 250 premium to luxury interior furnishings business that designs, manufactures and sells fabrics and wallcoverings under six different and prestigious brands, including Sanderson, Zoffany and Scion.

Francesca Danzi was contracted by Deloitte Digital to help Walker Greenbank act on the assessment and embrace a more customer centric culture.

She started with identifying change champions and creating a project team. With a series of guided brainstorming sessions, visioning workshops and continuous change management, Francesca led the development of a DTC parent brand and digital platform, venturing into e-commerce experimentations.

The effort allowed Walker Greenbank to test and learn with a multi-channel strategy, start a digital transformation process and focus its marketing investments.
